This is a type of vegetarian salad which is a mix of both fruits and vegetables. You can make this at home easily if you have the necessary ingredients. You need to stir the pieces of fruits like papaya, and vegetables like carrot, zucchini, spring onion, sprouts and coriander, mint, green chilli, in a huge bowl and you also add goji berry or pineapple for more taste. Add some salad dressing or seasoning at the end for taste. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can add meat of your choice along with vegetables, cheese, and dressing oils.
